A Little About Us

Eastman Hill Stock Farm is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is its own historic district. Surrounded by captivating views of woodland, rolling hills, and picturesque mountain ranges, this property is an unforgettable setting to host the event of your dreams. Boasting over 240 acres of carefully landscaped grounds, visitors are treated to an idyllic getaway as they gather to celebrate life’s precious milestones.

The Farm at Eastman Hill has been the setting of numerous weddings, family reunions and corporate retreats. The farm will comfortably accommodate 22 guests overnight in the Phineas Eastman House, the Isaac Eastman House and the Charles House. The Phineas Eastman House is a lovingly maintained Maine farmhouse that exudes quaint countryside charm. Originally constructed in 1833, this 2400 square foot home made history as the first brick house to have been built in Lovell. The structure’s enclosed sun porch is an ideal location for a photo shoot, drinks or just relaxing. Both the Formal Garden and Apple Orchard can accommodate outdoor vows. The Barn Extension, featuring an inviting fireplace and stage area, is an ideal choice of event space for an evening of dinner and dancing, meetings, or family reunions.

The events team at The Farm at Eastman Hill gives you the leading role in styling and planning your celebrations. You can work with as many outside vendors as your desire to ensure that your visions at this venue are brought to life. For out-of-town guests and honeymooning couples, the venue’s unique accommodations are available.

For accommodations, the farm can accommodate 32-34 guests. Sleeping 2 guests in each bedroom, The Phineas Eastman House has 7 bedrooms, the Isaac Eastman House (guest house) has 3 bedrooms, and the Charles House (manager’s house) has 6 bedrooms with an additional child’s bedroom that can be used seasonally.
